Cancellation policy

Pre-Orders

When you purchase an item marked as a pre-order, you are purchasing an item before it is available for regular fulfillment.

Pre-orders placed during our current pre-order period are expected to begin shipping August 29, 2026. Please note that shipping and delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to delays.

Payment for your pre-order will be collected at checkout.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us at support@authortazaeyajenkins.com as soon as possible. Pre-order cancellation requests must be submitted before your order has been processed or fulfilled. Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

If your order has already been fulfilled, any eligible return or refund will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
