Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take great care in preparing and packaging each order.

Preorders

Preorders placed during our current preorder period are expected to begin shipping August 29, 2026. Please note that this is the date fulfillment begins and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are carefully prepared before being handed over to the shipping carrier. Standard shipping generally has an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.

Shipping rates and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been fulfilled and a shipping label has been created. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your tracking information.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error in your address before your order has shipped, please contact support@authortazaeyajenkins.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before fulfillment but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
